"Is that what my hair looks like from the back?" - OGX Test and Review

BEFORE//AFTER

After hearing good things about OGX shampoo and conditioner i decided to try it out.

It took me a while to choose which 'flavour' (i don't know if this is the right word for shampoo/conditioner) as there where so many but after reading every description i decided on 'Hydration Macadamia Oil' in both conditioner and shampoo. Because of my hair type the thing i was most bothered about was the conditioner, i HAVE to leave conditioner on my hair so that my hair dries in curls and it massively reduces frizz. The upside to this is that my hair is in very good condition.

The usual products i use on my hair are the Argan Oil shampoo and conditioners (used in the before pic) and holds my curls very well and holds the frizz for a good while! If the weather is nice it lasts up to two days but if its windy then maybe the frizz stays away for the majority of the day.

The OGX in this flavour, Macadamia Oil, made my hair so much softer and slightly more shinier but unfortunately it didn't hold my curls. The conditioner is not strong enough for my hair, it made my hair dry frizzy and pulled my curls out. It lasted about an hour or two when outside then i would have to tie my hair up. For me, this conditioner is a no go. Especially in humidity.

In my opinion this OGX is for people with straight hair. I am not giving up on OGX products, i will definitely be purchasing another and trying it out. I'm not giving up until i find 'the one' for my hair.
